18 King St East
Overview
18 King Street East, a prominent commercial property in Toronto, was developed, owned, and operated by Horizon Legacy. This building has attracted a variety of high-profile tenants.
Unique Challenges
Building at 18 King Street East was challenging because of it's location in busy downtown Toronto, making it hard to move materials and equipment around. Horizon Legacy also had to carefully design and construct the building to fit in with the nearby historic building, as well as accommodate for aa small site footprint in a tight urban area with old infrastructure.
